Shipping within USA
Allow 1 business day for processing your order. Orders placed before 9AM Eastern time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 9AM will ship the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email and an email with tracking info when your order has shipped. PO boxes must use Standard Shipping. Shipping prices and transit times vary depending on the delivery address, shipping prices will be shown on the checkout page before a purchase is completed along with an estimated delivery date.
Shipping outside of USA
Shipping is available to most countries within 2-4 days. Cost ranges from $10-68+ USD. Enter your address at checkout to see exact cost and transit time. Recipient is responsible for any duty or tax charged by your country. (Canada customers do not pay taxes). Free Color Exchange
We offer one FREE color exchange for first time purchases in the U.S. only. If your color does not match perfectly, email support@dermaflage.com and request another color. We do not offer a color exchange for refill items like single applicators or 4 packs.
Refund Policy
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to first time customer purchases made on dermaflage.com only. We do not refund any refill items such as primer, applicators, tool kits, tips. We do not refund the shipping cost. To return your product please return the product back to us within 30 days of ordering to: Dermaflage Attn: Return Dept. 5400 NW 84th AVE, DORAL, FL 33166 Refunds can take up to 1 week to process and then an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to post back to your account. Please understand that this refund policy is strictly for purchases made on this website (www.dermaflage.com). If you purchase from one of our retailers (Amazon, Dermstore, etc.) follow their return policy as listed on their site.
