Shipments will be delivered by USPS or FedEx. Your tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment and you can track the package yourself by clicking on the link in the email. We offer international shipping to most countries via FedEx. We have negotiated a special discounted rate of $39 with FedEx and we pass along the savings to our customers. Allow 2 business days for processing and 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment so you will know exactly when the package will arrive. Recipient is responsible for any duty or tax charged by the destination country.

If you still would like to return the product, you must complete this form for a Return Authorization Code and ship back to us within 30 days of order.
Write the Return Authorization Code on your original invoice and send back the unused portion in its original packaging. Returns can take up to one week to process. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue credit to the card you used to purchase the product and you will receive an email confirmation. Allow 10 days for the credit to show up on your card. We cannot refund any orders without the Return Authorization Code and we cannot refund the shipping cost.
